The Beautiful Aurora

This is the most beautiful thing I’ve seen all year! Ok, so it’s only the first week of January, but it’s still true. I had to share it with you. The music is captivating too. I could watch this video over and over.

Have you ever seen the aurora borealis, also known as the northern lights? I have…once upon a time when I lived in Alberta. I was too young to fully appreciate it then. I hope one day to see it again.

Happy Monday!

Love Meesh xo

  1. Happy Monday Meesh! :) That is one of things that I want to see up close and personal one day… so amazing!

  2. Wow!!! When I lived on the Charlottes (Haida Gwaii) we would occasionally see them, but only if it was a clear night… that right time at the right moment kind of thing… and we all know, that doesn’t happen too often up there! But when it does, it’s magical. Thanks for sharing, Meesh!

  3. For a girl who has spent so much time camping in Northern Ontario it always shocks me that I have never seen them. Absolutely stunning!

  7. I’m so glad you had a great time, and more so how you were so glad to get back to Rubee! Very cute. It looks like a gorgeous place!

  8. I live in Alberta and used to see them often. but haven’t seen them in years now, though I know there do appear. This video does serve as a pretty nice substitute. They are magical, almost spiritual.
    P.S. I love chairs too.
